About the Dish:

Stuffed Paneer Paratha is a wholesome and satisfying Indian flatbread filled with a flavourful spiced paneer mixture. Crispy on the outside and soft inside, it makes for a hearty breakfast or comforting meal any time of the day. 

Ingredients 

For the Dough: 

  • 2 cups whole wheat flour 
  • Water as required 
  • A pinch of salt 
  • 1 tsp oil 

For the Filling: 

  • 1½ cups grated Nova Dairy Paneer
  • 1 small finely chopped onion  
  • 1 green chilli, finely chopped 
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh coriander 
  • ½ tsp red chilli powder 
  • ½ tsp garam masala 
  • ½ tsp roasted cumin powder 
  • Salt to taste 

For Cooking: 

  • 2–3 tbsp Nova Dairy Cow Ghee or Nova Dairy Butter 

Method 

Step 1:

In a mixing bowl, combine whole wheat flour, salt, and oil. Gradually add water and knead into a soft dough. Cover and let it rest for 10–15 minutes. 

Step 2:

In another bowl, mix grated paneer, onion, green chilli, coriander, and spices. Ensure the filling is well combined and slightly crumbly. 

Step 3:

Divide the dough into equal portions. Roll one portion into a small disc, place a generous spoonful of paneer filling in the center, and seal the edges carefully. 

Step 4:

Roll gently into a flat paratha without pressing too hard. Cook on a hot tawa, applying Nova Cow Ghee or Nova Dairy Butter on both sides, until golden brown spots appear and the paratha turns crisp.

Step 5:

Cook all parathas similarly and serve hot, topped with a small dollop of Nova Dairy Butter and paired with fresh Nova Dairy Dahi for a perfectly balanced and satisfying meal.
