Sterling Agro has flourished under the able leadership of Mr. Kuldeep Saluja (Managing Director) and Mr. Laxmi Narain Kesarwani (Chairman) who have more than 33 years of experience and expertise to their credit in the field of dairy products manufacturing & marketing.
Like most other Asian families, businesses are built on a strong foundation of values, culture and tradition which are considered sacrosanct and passed on through generations. Sterling family businesses have a natural insulation to withstand market irregularities because family members and professionals are unified by a common purpose, which makes them more tolerant for risks. Sterling businesses are set up with the objective of continuity and have taken a long-term view. The issues that can put the business at risk, which are mostly internal and is managed with a combination of tact and formal structures to ensure stability.
