Ingredients 

  • 1 cup rolled oats 
  • 1 cup Nova Dairy Pasteurized Milk 
  • 2 tbsp Nova Dairy Creamer (for extra creaminess) 
  • ½ cup chopped fresh strawberries 
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds 
  • 1–2 tbsp honey or maple syrup  
  • 2 tbsp chopped nuts (almonds or walnuts) 
  • A few sliced strawberries for garnish 

Method 

Step 1:

In a mixing bowl or airtight jar, combine rolled oats, chia seeds, and chopped strawberries. 

Step 2:

Pour in Nova Pasteurized Milk and Nova Dairy Creamer. Stir well to ensure the oats are fully soaked. 

Step 3:

Add honey or maple syrup as per preference. Mix thoroughly until all ingredients are evenly combined. 

Step 4:

Cover the jar and refrigerate overnight (at least 6 hours) to allow the oats to soften and absorb the liquid. 

Step 5:

Before serving, top with fresh strawberry slices and chopped nuts for added crunch and freshness.
